Community Tree Planting Events
Tree New Mexico partners with neighborhood associations, schools, Scout troops, government agencies, and other
community and civic groups, and helps coordinate tree events for the spring and fall planting seasons. We provide
trees, tools, technical advice, and training, as well as encouragement and support throughout the planting event process.
Tree Distribution
The biannual (spring and fall) tree distribution truly showcases Tree New Mexico's outreach and partnership efforts. We
work with state parks, national forests, communities large and small, neighborhood associations, Native American tribes,
civic groups, schools, etc., to facilitate the distribution and planting of trees in public areas.
